At Wooof Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

    • In the original packaging (with tags, labels, accessories, manuals if applicable).

  • Certain products are non-returnable, including:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

    • Digital products or downloads.

    • Personalized/custom-made items.

    • Clearance or final sale items.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at sales@wooofstore.com


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.


7. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at sales@wooofstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Include photos/videos if the product is defective or incorrect.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
